2. Provision of the Website and Web Hosting (IONOS)
This website is hosted by the following external service provider:
IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany
When you visit our website, IONOS automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files. These are:
- Visited website (URL)
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address (in anonymized form)
This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded. A data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with IONOS.
3. Handling of Contact Data
If you contact us using the contact options provided (e.g., by email or phone), your details (name, email address, phone number, content of the message) will be stored so that they can be used to process and answer your inquiry. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, provided your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) if this was requested.
The data will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods (e.g., under commercial or tax law) remain unaffected.
4. Cookies
Our website does not use tracking, analysis, or advertising cookies by default. We exclusively use technically necessary session cookies that are absolutely essential for the secure operation and basic functions of the website (such as the storage of your language selection by the Polylang plugin). According to Sect. 25 (2) TDDDG, these cookies do not require active user consent. A cookie banner is therefore not required. The legal basis for the associated data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You can request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed.
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You can request the rectification of incorrect data or the completion of incomplete data.
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You can request the deletion of your data stored by us, provided no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): You can object to the future processing of your data at any time, provided this data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
To exercise your rights, you can contact us at any time at the email address provided above. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority of your federal state (State Data Protection Commissioner).
